To ensure the fastest delivery times and a reduced carbon footprint, Gelato’s advanced routing system selects the optimal production center for each order at the time of purchase. In most cases, your order will be produced at the closest available facility. Over 85% of orders are fulfilled in the same country where they are delivered.
However, there are rare instances where an order may be shipped internationally. This might occur due to factors like stock availability or production capacity, even if a fulfillment center is available in your country.
